FOOD-11015 - USA (Fresno, California) - Exclusive Concession Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide concession services to the government authority located in Fresno, CA.• Concession Services shall be defined as the serving of prepackaged food items, snacks, candy, nonalcoholic beverages, and other similar concession products.• Hot Food Services shall be defined as the preparation, cooking, sale, and service of freshly prepared food items that require heating, cooking, or hot holding prior to being served to customers for immediate consumption.• Bar Services shall include the sale and service of alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including all required licenses and permits.• Mobile Food Services shall include the sale and service of food and beverages from food trucks, either owned by Contractor or Subcontractor, or other City–approved mobile food facilities operating at the Granite Park Sports Complex.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
