(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological testing service to the government authority located in Syracuse, NY. – A psychological is a formal, specialized examination of an incumbent employee that results from objective evidence that the employee may be unable to safely or effectively perform a defined job and a reasonable basis for believing that the cause may be attributable to a psychological condition or impairment.– Comprehensive clinical and psychological exam ordered by the agency to assess an officer's ability to return to their current position but also allow for extended questions to be asked of the examining physician.– Physician may address the injured worker’s work capacity and ability to return to their pre‑injury position, as well as respond to expanded medical‑legal inquiries.– The examining physician utilizes the job description of the injured worker to determine whether or not the injured worker is currently able to perform their expected functions.– The examining physician utilizes the job description of the injured worker to determine whether or not the injured worker is currently able to perform their expected functions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 03, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
