Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide eCommerce project services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– For supporting microbusinesses in creating an online presence for eCommerce– Conduct targeted outreach efforts to identify state microbusinesses in the creative economy– Create in cooperation with the microbusiness an eCommerce presence with online sales capability, to include secure payment functionality and ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place to prevent fraud and theft– eCommerce presence should be a platform such as a website for a microbusiness to use to sell their work.– Provide the guidance and training needed for the microbusiness to use the eCommerce function that is provided by the offeror. – Assistance with items such as internet access, initial technical support, managing their eCommerce presence, displaying artisans creations in the eCommerce platform should be included in the guidance and training provided.– Raise awareness about this program and engage artisans(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
