(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber GIS asset management software.– Provide a comprehensive Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solution for our fiber communication network.– A proven track record and specialized expertise in fiber–centric asset management software.– A GIS–centric application tailored to the city’s growing fiber infrastructure– Asset lifecycle management tracking assets from planning and construction to maintenance and decommissioning.– Logical and physical mapping high–fidelity mapping of cables, ducts, splice enclosures, ports and individual Fiber strands.– System integration seamless data exchange with existing municipal systems (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS, or network monitoring tools.– Data Migration If applicable, the scope for cleaning and importing existing GIS data from legacy systems, CAD files, KMZs, or paper maps in the new system.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
