(1) Vendor needs to provide auditing services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Auditing services to report on neighborhood organization controls and compliance with rules, laws and programs.– A qualified Consultant to conduct an array of audit and financial services.• Auditing– Conducted when there is a need for high degree of certainty for public review.– May be conducted if internal control concerns are flagged in Agreed Upon Procedures filings or financial review.• Compilations and filings:– Provide an outside and unbiased review of the financial records of the neighborhood organization.– Organize the neighborhood organization’s financial information into the format for financial statements required.• Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP):– Agreed Upon Procedures include at a minimum an independent review of the organizations practices around public disclosure, governance, financial management and reporting (including cash disbursements). • Financial Review– Examine a neighborhood organization’s financial reports to determine if they are consistent with generally accepted accounting standards. The Consultant should be aware that work is expected to be ongoing from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029 with the possibility of up to two one–year extensions.(2) An optional pre–proposal virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on September 14,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
