(1) Vendor needs to provide broker services to the government authority located in Memphis, TN. – Provide comprehensive insurance brokerage and risk management consulting services.– Provide traditional brokerage services and insurance expertise to support risk financing goals and objectives.– Develop insurance marketing and renewal strategies and plans. – Develop marketing documents, including underwriting data, specifications and other data required by the insurer and other materials necessary, including any applicable non–disclosure agreements, to place commercial insurance or establish self–insured programs.– Evaluate and make recommendations on markets and the types and amounts of insurance appropriate.– Provide an annual schedule of insurance showing the coverage, insurer, policy number, premium and a brief description of the coverage, limits, major terms and conditions.– Risk management consulting services.– Risk identification and treatment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
