  "summary": "<p>As requested by the Engineering and Project Management Division (hereinafter, the &ldquo;Division&rdquo;), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, &ldquo;County&rdquo;) has issued this Request for Professional Services (hereinafter, &ldquo;RPS&rdquo;) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Design-Build Firms in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. &nbsp;The Consultant, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The County is interested in receiving qualifications and proposals from experienced design-build teams to extend the County&rsquo;s water, wastewater and irrigation quality utility lines and fiber infrastructure located within the Oil Well Road corridor.</p><p>The project is located on Oil Well Road, east of Desoto Boulevard to a point prior to the intersection of Oil Well Road and State Road 29. &nbsp;The target substantial completion date is June 30, 2027. The general project information is indicated in the Scope of Work below.</p><p>The project information included in this RPS-Initial Qualifications Submittal is preliminary in nature. &nbsp;More definitive and detailed information will be provided during the second phase of the RPS. &nbsp;At the County&rsquo;s option, the services may be contracted to the extent required by the County. &nbsp;There is no contract guaranteed as a result of being shortlisted or top-ranked through this solicitation.</p><p>All interested Design-Build firms shall be required to comply with Florida Statute 287.055, Design-Build requirements. &nbsp;</p><p>All short-listed Design-Build firms will be required to post a Proposal Bond at the second step of the RPS response and will be required to comply with all Collier County's Professional Services bonding and insurance requirements.</p>",
