(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in New Braunfels, TX.– Position Profile Development and Stakeholder Engagement – The firm shall workcollaboratively with the agency to develop a comprehensive position profileand recruitment strategy. • This includes:o Conducting hiring authority and stakeholder meetings to understand the leadershipneeds, organizational culture, challenges, and desired qualifications.o Developing a detailed position profile and recruitment brochure that accuratelyrepresents the role, responsibilities, and expectations of the agency.– Candidate Sourcing and Outreach – The firm shall implement a proactive and targetedsourcing strategy to attract qualified candidates. This includes:o Identifying and directly recruiting qualified candidates through professionalnetworks, industry contacts, and targeted outreach.o Promoting the opportunity through appropriate advertising channels andprofessional platforms.– Candidate Screening and Evaluation – The firm shall manage the initial screening andevaluation of applicants. This includes:o Reviewing applications and resumes against the established position profile andqualifications.o Conducting preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications,experience, and fit.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
