(1) Vendor needs to provide capacity–building grant program service to the government authority located in WA.– Organization capacity–building support to advance early–stage capital projects that directly benefit overburdened communities in state. – This program supports local governments, federally recognized tribal governments, and federally– Designated nonprofits registered in state.– Local governments as defined – Federally recognized tribal governments– Federally designated nonprofit organizations(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
