Learning Management System

The University of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance will publish a Request for Proposal (RFP) UTS/A130 Learning Management System (LMS) on September 21, 2026, through The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Jaggaer e-Sourcing tool. This RFP is for the selection of one or more Preferred Suppliers to provide cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, associated subscription access, and professional services detailed below to Alliance Members and Affiliates. We are very interested in your company’s participation and invite you to register as a potential supplier. The RFP is posted for download in Jaggaer and the RFP documents can be found under Settings & Content / Questions. A pre-proposal conference (virtual via Zoom) is scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. Attendance is not required but is strongly encouraged. Proposers should use the Zoom URL links in the published RFP to register for and attend the pre-proposal conference.
