(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering services to the government authority located in Greenville, South Carolina.• Final Design – Detailed plans and specifications– Permitting Services – including obtaining and maintaining all required permits and communication with permitting agencies– Studies and Reports – ranging from a Master Plan to a report documenting condition assessments (for example)– Cost Estimating – including budget cost estimates, engineer’s estimates prior to bid open, and change order estimates• Procurement Services – including preparation of procurement documents, invitations for bid, requests for qualifications, requests for proposals; communications with bidders and proposers; evaluation and tabulation of bids, qualifications, and proposals; support for contractor selection and negotiations; and recommendation of award for traditional, CMAR, and Design–Build delivery methods.• Construction Phase Services – including contract administration, shop drawing reviews, site visits, special inspections, issuing change orders, maintenance of permits, and preparing as–built drawings(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
