(1) Vendor needs to provide facility program services to the government authority located in Hagerstown, MD.– Provide consulting services to complete the development of the Facilities Program.– Renovations could be made to the restrooms, concession, arena floor, and back–of–house areas.– New spaces include a campus–facing fitness area and auxiliary gym. – The existing solar array elements would need to be relocated, with the potential for further enhancement.– Additional bay could be added to the gymnasium, providing space for sprinter overrun, additional storage, and pre–function areas for teams and events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.
