(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive market and financial study service to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. – Provide an integrated marketing, business, operational, and financial feasibility assessment consistent with best practices used for major collegiate and multipurpose venue modernization projects. • Existing conditions assessment:– Review of existing facility conditions and available operational data– Evaluation of historical event attendance trends and event mix• Market and demographic analysis: conduct a comprehensive market opportunity assessment utilizing methodology comparable to those employed by nationally recognized venue advisory firms, including quantitative market analysis, qualitative stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, and event demand forecasting.• Vision definition and stakeholder engagement: facilitate a structured stakeholder engagement process to define the vision, priorities, and programming goals for the event center.• Demand assessment: evaluate demand for the following programming categories for a prospective rebuild on the existing site.• Revenue and financial analysis: prepare a comprehensive financial feasibility analysis modeled after industry–standard approaches used for major arena, convention center, and collegiate athletics modernization initiatives.• Facility program validation: provide market–informed feedback and validation of the architectural feasibility study scenarios.• Strategic recommendations: – Facility positioning and brand identity in the regional market– Premium seating strategy and product development roadmap– Sponsorship and naming rights valuation and pursuit strategy(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
