(1) Vendor needs to provide investment banking services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– Perform professional services that include, but are not limited to, the following:– Analyze, develop, and present financing structures in support of agency debt management goals– Attend and participate in meetings related to assigned financings– Review and provide input on legal and disclosure documents– Analyze and assist in the evaluation of credit enhancement proposals, as appropriate– Assist in the preparation of presentations to the board, city council, rating agencies, investors, and bond insurers, as appropriate– Structure, schedule, purchase, and lead the marketing of bonds, including management of the underwriting syndicate– Provide ongoing information to agency finance team regarding the activity and status of assigned financings– Develop and deliver post–sale information, including assistance with any materials for presentation to executive staff or the Board– Assist in the creation of and validation of financing models– Provide analyses and updates on sector, market, tax, and investors– Provide support services for completion of assigned financings– Provide agency and its bond counsel with sufficient information to determine the issue price on bond transactions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
