(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile crisis services to the government authority located in Springfield, OR.• Provide mobile crisis services for on–demand community–based in–person support deployed in real time to the location of a person experiencing a qualifying behavioural health issue or crisis within the Agency.• Services include crisis stabilization, warm hand–offs, and referrals to ongoing treatment services and other support. • Services are person–centered, trauma–responsive, incorporate cultural and linguistic needs of the individual, and are flexible to meet a broad spectrum of needs.• Desired Outcomes/Project Objectives – Provide mobile crisis services within the agency under the direction of the agency.– Counsel individuals with a non–urgent or non–emergent mental health crisis, or urgent crisis not qualifying for in–person response by the designated Local Mental Health Authority. – Transport individuals to local treatment facilities or to other open local social services agencies, as appropriate. – Support transfer of service for individuals experiencing urgent or emergent mental health crisis in accordance with agency directed procedures and in alignment with Oregon Health Authority mobile crisis response requirements and agency.– Counsel intoxicated individuals with an acute or non–acute crisis and provide transport to local open treatment facilities, as appropriate. – Provide community supporting care authorized by the agency. – Collaborate with community organizations for effective crisis response. • Mobile Crisis Services:– Provide in–person services in a public setting at locations in the community where the crisis arises – Work closely with various providers and community organizations within the mobile crisis response continuum in Agency.
