(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services for park host sites to the government authority located in Cannon Falls, MN.– Design, permitting, and installation of electrical service, septic system, water connections, and concrete pads for two park host sites– Complete design of electrical service.– Design connections into existing electrical systems if possible, or work with Xcel Energy to design and provide new electrical service to support the two park host sites.– Septic Design– Water Line Design– Concrete Pad Design(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
