(1) Vendor needs to provide computing assets and white space infrastructure services to the government authority located in New York.– System configurations for a high–performance, accelerator–based computing infrastructure capable of supporting a diverse portfolio of advanced AI and scientific computing workloads.– Accelerator model, generation, and quantity per rack and in total; accelerator memory type, capacity, and bandwidth; performance across numerical precisions relevant to targetworkloads, with Respondents identifying supported formats, dense versus sparse execution, and comparable benchmark results.– Compute system configuration, including rack–scale integration, accelerator density, number of compute racks, scale–up domain characteristics, and auxiliary nodes (login, management, service, CPU–only, inference–optimized, or visualization nodes).• Operating system, cluster management and provisioning, platform management capabilities (including monitoring, fault management, and system lifecycle management), scheduler and orchestration, AI software stack, and licensing terms (subscription term, renewal pricing, and what happens at expiration).• Security architecture, firmware and supply chain assurance, identity integration, and vulnerability management.• Parallel file system or storage platform, usable capacity, sustained read/write throughput, metadata performance, tiering, and data–protection approach.
