The contractor under this scope of work will complete critical planning activities necessary to support the development of a regional water supply well field. They would assist the Chickasaw Nation in evaluating fair market property values surrounding the proposed well field, assessing the local market value of purchasing or leasing water rights through an analysis of regional water transactions, and identifying the most cost-effective acquisition strategies
