(1) Vendor needs to provide integrative corrections intelligence platform. – Provide a comprehensive, statewide corrections intelligence solution designed to detect, analyze, and help mitigate Contraband cellular activity occurring within or originating from state–operated correctional facilities.– For delivering an integrated technology platform, along with any associated tools, services, and support necessary to enhance the Department’s ability to identify Contraband cell phones, disrupt related criminal activity, and improve facility security operations.• Deploying and maintaining an integrative corrections intelligence platform capable of identifying and analyzing Contraband cellular activity. • Providing technical expertise, implementation support, system integration, and ongoing operational assistance. • Ensuring all system functions comply with applicable state and federal laws, including adherence to agency Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy requirements. • Facilitating secure data handling and ensuring the Department retains ownership of all data provided to or generated by the platform. • Supporting the Department’s investigative and reporting needs by supplying data, analytics, and output necessary to measure program outcomes and fulfill statutory reporting requirements. • Ensuring the proposed solution is capable of integrating with a cellular managed access system, including any required interfaces, data exchanges, or interoperability components necessary for system functionality within the Department’s operational environment.
