Improvements shall consist of those items of work listed in the proposal and as shown in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required to make each item complete. Work will vary by Task Order and may include, but not be limited to: 1. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures. 2. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures. 3. Perform all necessary surface restoration in paved and unpaved areas, including AC wearing surfaces. 4. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations. 5. Construct drainage system including water quality facilities, sewer pipes, maintenance holes and inlets. 6. Rehabilitation of existing sewers using Cured-In-Place Pipe, pipe bursting, or other trenchless methods. 7. Construction of ADA ramps. 8. Provide rodent control within project area.
