(1) Vendor needs to provide adult specialty mental health services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Delivery of Adult General Outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services and a Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) Program. – behavioural health system and will provide a range of services designed to support adults experiencing serious mental illness in achieving recovery, stability, and improved quality of life.– The continuum of care includes outpatient and intensive outpatient services, crisis response programs, residential treatment services, and hospital or acute care, delivered through a combination of County–operated and contracted providers. – Together, these services help individuals stabilize symptoms, reduce crises and hospitalizations, maintain housing and community functioning, strengthen daily living skills, and stay connected to ongoing treatment and recovery supports.– Increasing timely access to specialty mental health services. – Improving engagement and retention in treatment. – Reducing unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations and avoidable crisis service use. – Supporting safe and effective transitions from hospitals and crisis settings to community–based care. – Improving psychiatric stability, functional ability, and daily living skills. – Promoting recovery, self determination, and community integration.
