(1) Vendor needs to provide B2B agent training platform administrator service to maintain, support, and scale a customized, mobile–responsive B2B e–learning platform powered by the Braeze software system.  A. Global B2B e–Learning Platform.B. Ambassador and front–line training program.– The Braeze software system maintain, support, and scale a customized, mobile–responsive B2B e–learning platform powered.– Global brand through a statewide marketing framework that streamlines regional efforts, reduces overlap, and maximizes reach.– Braeze platform must fulfill strict state technical compliance standards and data management practices.– Analytics dashboard operates a real–time analytics panel allowing staff to export user performance straight to CSV/Excel formats. – Hosted via amazon web services (AWS) utilizing compliant PHP, HTML, and MySQL frameworks.– The B2B e–learning platform maintains an estimated 60 minutes of core instructional content.– The platform houses itineraries, media assets, maps, webinars, and podcasts.– This contract is funded via the legislated tourism marketing performance account.– The project manager (PM) provides real–time transparency via a shared project dashboard.– Platform–wide content updates twice annually.– Account management and system operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years.
