(1) Vendor needs to provide sign shop maintenance and repair service to the government authority located in California. • The sign shop is seeking qualified vendors for the repair and maintenance of various large capacity printers and cutters for which there is no vendor who can perform the services for all printers• Check the Printer or cutter performance and the fault status• Access to the machine and perform Firmware and software checks• Diagnose the cause of the fault or error message.• Troubleshooting hardware, electrical, mechanical, and software faults• Inspect any faulty or defected parts or components and replace them immediately• Lubricate the mechanical components as per guidelines• Perform Media feed, alignment, and calibration checks following the repairs
