– Vendor needs to provide professional webmaster service. – Providing a webmaster for departmental websites, including internal intranet or extranet portals and external–facing sites, ensuring their development, maintenance, enhancement, and support.– Provision of a full–time onsite Webmaster resource to support internal and external websites or portals.– Assistance with application development, system support, and maintenance of departmental web portals.– Monitoring and analysis of portal performance and usage.– Development of technical and functional documentation.– Addressing queries from administrators and users, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.– Ensuring websites are functional, secure, and up–to–date.
