– Vendor needs to provide physical access control system troubleshooting, repair, installation, and integration services to the government authority located in Kirtland AFB, NM. – Provide comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, corrective repair, new equipment installation, expansion, and integration of the Physical Access Control System (PACS).– Quick–response troubleshooting and fault isolation of system alarms, communication errors, and hardware failures.– Corrective repair and replacement of faulty controller panels, terminal boards, readers, ScramblePads, lock hardware, and power supplies.– Installation of new access control–related equipment, infrastructure, and peripheral devices for new workspaces, secure enclaves, or facility retrofits.
