(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consultant services to the government authority located in Iowa.– Provide strategic, actuarial, and operational support for the state’s employee benefits programs.– Evaluating and optimizing benefit plan design and funding strategies– Supporting procurement activities for benefit–related services– Providing actuarial analysis and financial forecasting– Assisting with collective bargaining preparation and analysis– Monitoring vendor performance and market trends(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
