(1) Vendor needs to provide educational mentorship services to the government authority located in Wilmington, DE. – Service is to improve educational outcomes by connecting eligible children and youth with trained educational mentors who provide consistent academic support, advocacy, encouragement, and connection to school and community resources.– Identify required qualifications and credentials of program staff and mentors, staffing structure, supervision plan, and training plan.– Include service timelines, mentor matching, educational mentorship strategies, child safety planning, team collaboration, and plans for mentoring participant progress and program quality.– Educational mentorship program that provides individual academic guidance and strengthens connections amount youth, schools, caregivers.– Provide educational mentorship services for children and youth experiencing foster care.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
