(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering and construction administrative services to the government authority located in St. Missoula, MT.     – Deconstruction, grading and bank stabilization as needed or required, reconstruction, sections, details, construction notes and specifications based. – Project engineer shall participate in a pre–construction meeting with the project manager to confirm project requirements.– A rehabilitated barn will enable proper interpretation of the site, agricultural demonstration as well as a large indoor area for education, events and fundraising.– Provide historic preservation services for the rehabilitation.– Deconstruction and reconstruction plan using original material, repurposed and new material.– Construction administration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
