(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle cloud applications testing–as–a–service. – Provide comprehensive Testing–as–a–Service (TaaS) for Oracle cloud application portfolio.– Serve as the district's strategic testing partner, providing planning, management, execution, and continuous improvement of testing services that support Oracle Cloud releases, system enhancements, integrations, and business initiatives.– Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy, test plans, schedules, and testing documentation.– Develop, maintain, and optimize manual and automated test scripts for new and existing business processes.– Validate oracle cloud quarterly updates for ERP, HCM, and SCM applications, and monthly updates for EPM applications.– Perform defect identification, tracking, prioritization, retesting, and resolution support throughout the testing lifecycle.– Provide release readiness assessments and quality assurance reporting for each testing cycle, including executive dashboards, test execution metrics, test coverage, defect trends, automation metrics, key risks, and production readiness recommendations.– Maintain the quality and integrity of business processes as Oracle cloud applications continue to evolve through quarterly and monthly updates, enhancements, and ongoing operational changes.– Includes release validation, regression testing, test planning and management, test automation, defect management, reporting, and ongoing quality assurance activities across the district's Oracle cloud applications, including:• Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).• Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM).• Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM).• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
