Kurz-Leistungsbeschreibung (Elektrische Anlagen (Starkstrom) – Umbau EOP) Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen die Demontage, Lieferung, Montage und betriebsfertige Inbetriebnahme von elektrischen Anlagen im Zuge des Umbaus eines OP-Bereichs im Bestand. Die Ausführung erfolgt unter laufendem Klinikbetrieb mit entsprechend erhöhten Anforderungen an: Hygiene und Staubschutz Koordination mit anderen Gewerken abschnittsweise Bauausführung Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet insbesondere: Rückbau bestehender Anlagen, Neuinstallation von Verkabelungen, Lieferung und Montage von Komponenten, Herstellung von Anschlüssen an Bestandsanlagen, Durchführung von Prüfungen und Inbetriebnahmen, Dokumentation und Übergabe Alle Leistungen sind vollständig, funktionsfähig und gemäß den anerkannten Regeln der Technik auszuführen.
