(1) Vendor needs to provide package tracking system. – Implement package tracking solutions that support receiving, internal delivery, package visibility, and proof of delivery across the health system. – Deliver enterprise–grade visibility, chain of custody, workflow automation, and system integration for packages received through the hospital receiving dock at agency.– This scope is limited to dock–received packages and excludes traditional mailroom operations, postal mail, interoffice mail, and mailroom–managed delivery workflows.• Solution shall support the following:– Receipt and registration of inbound packages received at the hospital receiving dock.– Scanning and capturing package information, including carrier, tracking number, recipient, department, delivery location, and package category.– Real–time package tracking and status visibility from receiving dock intake through final delivery confirmation.– Optimized internal and off–site routes based on package priority, department, room, delivery location, and defined delivery requirements.– Chain–of–custody tracking, audit history, and electronic proof of delivery– Exception management for delayed, misrouted, aging, damaged, lost, returned, or undeliverable packages.– Support for priority, time–sensitive, temperature–controlled, and clinical deliveries– Automated notifications and alerts for recipients, logistics staff, delivery status, exceptions, and escalations– Integration capabilities with Oracle E–Business Suite, organizational directory services, and other enterprise systems as required.– Reporting and dashboard capabilities for package volume, delivery performance, package aging, service levels, exceptions, delivery confirmation, and chain of custody(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
