(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Audio–visual (AV) services vendor to provide pre–event planning, on–site technical support, and post–event services for a series of national events held across the states.– Pre–Planning Support: Ability to interpret technical needs, compile equipment lists, and generate schedules based on meeting specifications.– On–Site Expertise: Technically capable, customer service–oriented staff with a proactive approach.– National Coverage: Must be able to support events in cities across the state.· Customer Service Commitment: Strong focus on service quality, responsiveness, and adherence to Neighbour Works protocols.– Create drop/pickup schedules for all gear.– Support training courses, plenaries, symposiums, receptions, and general sessions and other events– Cost Estimates: Submitted in Neighbor Works–provided Excel format. Special event and training course costs must be clearly separated.
