The City of Keene, New Hampshire (hereinafter "OWNER") is requesting proposals for the operation of a permanent household hazardous waste collection facility which will accept household hazardous waste (HHW) from multiple collection events. The facility is located adjacent to the Keene Recycling/Transfer Station on Old Summit Road in Keene, New Hampshire. The operation includes collecting, handling, sorting, labeling, and transporting household hazardous waste to a permitted facility for either recycling or safe, proper disposal.
