Vendor needs to provide youth and adult sports officiating services to the government authority located in Stephenville, TX.– Provide personnel trained and qualified according to the specifications herein to officiate games and events, maintain official scorekeeping, and provide league supervision for all scheduled events– Services to be performed at each game or event shall be:1. Game officiating2. Scorekeeping and timekeeping3. League supervision4. Rule interpretation5. Participant conduct management6. Coordination with City of Stephenville staff7. Timely reporting of incidents and ejections8. Scheduling and assignment of personnel to perform the above duties9. Other duties applicable to officiating, scorekeeping, and league supervision that are reasonably necessary to conduct games and events
