– Vendor needs to provide dietician services to the government authority located in Woodbury, NJ. – Educate staff quarterly on nutrition and nutritional intake of the long–term care and sub–acute rehab client. – Consulting dietician’s report to the following; food service director, director of nursing, nurse manager, MDS coordinator.– Educate residents when needed regarding medically nutrition therapies that may enhance resident’s quality of life and care.– Meet weekly with food service director and nurse manager to go over concerns during normal business hours.– Recommendations to the facility’s food service director and staff to provide nutritionally adequate and medically appropriate meals for residents.
