Description
The Project consists of: Approximately 2000 LF of new water mains, abandonment of existing water mains, service reconnections, and associated pavement restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.Please direct all question to the project manager Joseph Arthur at joseph.arthur@westernvawater.org
