ACCT-26977 - USA (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) - Fee Study Service - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fee study service to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, ok. – A comprehensive citywide fee study because each department and related trusts currently evaluate and adjusts its own fee levels independently, resulting in inconsistency in how fees are structured and how costs of services are recovered.– This study will help determine appropriate fee levels, consider socio‑economic factors, and recommend a method for regularly adjusting fees.– The consultant will work with contracting entity staff and review the municipal code to identify and create an inventory of fees charged by each department.– The consultant needs to understand law regarding the difference between user and regulatory fees in its analysis.– The inventory should include the source of the fee, the department responsible for implementation, the most recent date the fee rate was established or adjusted, and the statute or ordinance authorizing the revenue source.– Conduct a citywide fee study to review and evaluate user fees and charges.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on October 22, 2026.
