CMSR for I Street Bridge Replacement and Deck Conversion Projects

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City of West Sacramento is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals (“Proposer”) to provide professional engineering consulting services in a management support role for two infrastructure projects, the I Street Bridge Replacement and I Street Bridge Deck Conversion projects, submitted as two separate Cost Proposals (Task 1 and Task 2) under one contract. The Consultant awarded this contract will be disqualified from submitting proposals for services in future phases associated with these projects (i.e. construction management services). Firms previously participated or are currently providing professional services for the environmental clearance or design of the I Street Bridge Replacement or I Street Bridge Deck Conversion projects are disqualified from submitting proposals under this RFQ. Qualified consultant firms or individuals familiar with the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) requirements are encouraged to submit proposals. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a statement of qualifications in conformity with the terms of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by the deadline below (Proposal). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFQ and the City’s contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as “Consultant.” Synonymous Terms Unless the use indicates otherwise, as used throughout this bid and its attachments, the following terms are synonymous: a.
