Project Description: Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County (“District”) is looking to identify potential cost-effective carbon-free resource(renewable and non-emitting energy resources) additions to the District’s energy portfolio to meet both near-term and long-term renewable energy targets. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to xxxx@snopud.com or bids@snopud.com by the date noted above.
