(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic recycling service to the government authority located in Wentzville, MO. – Comprehensive recycling, reuse, and responsible disposal services for surplus, obsolete, damaged, and end–of–life computer, technology, and audiovisual equipment.– Provide documentation confirming that data was securely erased or the applicable storage media was physically destroyed.– A certified e–waste recycler or demonstrate equivalent industry–recognized certification.– Equipment recycling and environmental requirements.– Data security and destruction.– Certificates of recycling and data destruction.– Pickup services.– Equipment may include:• Desktop and laptop computers.• MacBooks and other Apple computers.• iPads and other tablets.• Mobile phones and mobile devices.• Monitors and displays.• Televisions and interactive flat panels.• Computer and tablet cases.• Speakers and audiovisual equipment.• Servers and storage devices.• Hard drives, solid–state drives, and other data–storage media.• Printers and related technology equipment.• Other electronic or technology equipment designated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.
