(1) Vendor needs to provide firefighter mental health services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.• Provide mental health services relevant for first responder specific culture and associated mental health symptoms and diagnoses.• Provide trauma therapy.• Provide in–person mental health wellness check–ins.• Supply embedded provider with regular in–person time and 24/7 on–call availability with additional services provided.• Provide a Resiliency Mentoring Program.• Provide Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services.• Provide 24/7 availability to respond over the phone within 30 minutes.• Develop peer support programs and roles.• Create a program where members are supported personally and professionally through mentorship focused on resilience, wellness, leadership and long–term career sustainability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
