(1) Vendor needs to provide physical therapy services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Provide school–based physical therapy services supporting students’ educational access and participation.• Conduct initial and re–evaluations using standardized and functional methods. • Observe students across school settings. • Provide detailed written evaluation reports and recommendations. • Provide therapeutic activities focusing on functional school mobility. • Train students on adaptive/mobility equipment. • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers. • Recommend environmental supports and accommodations. • Provide staff coaching and guidance. • Provide at least quarterly training sessions on transfers, positioning, emergency procedures, and inclusion.
