(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consultant services to the government authority located in Pomona, NY.• System architecture review of the Agency’s Salesforce org, including:o data model and object relationshipso automation (Flows, triggers, and related logic)o security model and role hierarchy• Mapping of Agency workflows to system functionality.• Identification of process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual workarounds.• Assessment of Salesforce platform utilization, scalability, and technical debt.• Evaluation of data architecture, including integrity, redundancy, and normalization.• Review of integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, and data synchronization methods.• Determination of functional necessity and business value provided by the overlay.• Assessment of maintainability, extensibility, and operational risk.• Analyze data structures and data quality.• Develop a data lineage and dependency map• Alignment with applicable Federal, State, and Agency–specific security requirements.• Access control and identity management practices.• Current–State Architecture Assessment Report• Business Process and Workflow Analysis(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
