(1) Vendor needs to provide facilis shared storage system implementation services to the government authority located in New York.– Storage replacement and installation for the 1 Centre street and the media city hall locations.– Implement a Facilis shared storage solution to facilitate collaborative media workflows and centralize media asset management.– Project includes the installation, configuration, and integration of a Facilis shared storage system, encompassing hardware, software and testing.– Physical installation and rack integration.– Network configuration for shared access.– Facilis shared file system configuration.– Client workstation integration for shared access.– Bandwidth testing.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
