(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consultant services to the government authority located in De Beque, CO.– Provide professional planning services related to land use, development review, zoning administration, long–range planning, grant support, and related planning functions.– Planning commission and board support.– Growth management and community development planning.– Economic development and community visioning initiatives.– Project management support for planning and development initiatives.– GIS coordination and mapping support.– Research regarding land use regulations and best practices.– Applicant–specific development review services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
