(1) Vendor needs to provide photolithography UV mask aligner system to the government authority located in Wilsonville, OR.– Provide a complete, integrated photolithography UV mask aligner system suitable for a multi–user university research and instructional laboratory.– All equipment, tooling, accessories, software, documentation, shipping, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, and operator or maintenance training necessary for a fully functional system.– System must support accurate multilayer alignment, top–side and backside alignment, UV exposure, and research use with 3–inch and 4–inch wafers, together with the tooling, controls, documentation, and services.– A semi–automatic UV mask alignment and exposure system capable of processing substrates from pieces through at least 6–inch diameter, configured at minimum for 3–inch and 4–inch silicon and borosilicate wafers using 4–inch x 4–inch masks.– Top–side and backside alignment capability, including optical backside microscopes and infrared backside alignment, with computer–supported image overlay or processing.– Alignment performance suitable for multilayer device fabrication, with system capability supporting less than 5 micrometre alignment accuracy; an XY–theta alignment stage with fine micrometre control is required.– Video–view split–field microscopy using two high–definition cameras and a widescreen monitor, single–field and split–field viewing, motorized focus, and optical zoom.– UV LED exposure capability at approximately 365, 405, and 435/436 nm, with independently programmable intensity or power control for the available wavelengths, recipe–based operation, and stable exposure output.– Touch–screen or computer–based controls with menu–driven operation and recipe storage.– Complete operating, maintenance, safety, electrical, utility, installation, and service documentation in electronic format.(2) All the questions had been submitted on October 29, 2026.
