DISPOS-9506 - USA (New York) - Regulated Medical Waste, Pharmaceutical Removal and Reusable Sharps Exchange Services - Deadline August 6,2026

Vendor needs to provide regulated medical waste, pharmaceutical removal and reusable sharps exchange services to the government authority located in New York. – Regulated Medical Waste, Trace–Chemotherapeutic Waste, Pathological Waste, and Reusable Sharps Waste shall be processed and disposed of off–site by the Contractor at a facility in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local requirements.– Provide the appropriate containers, shipping papers, pick–up, transportation, processing, and tracking of regulated medical waste, trace–chemotherapeutic waste, pathological waste, and reusable sharps containers.– Ensure provided containers are clearly identifiable for the regulated waste streams. The Contractor shall provide labels for incinerate–only waste streams (trace–chemotherapeutic waste and pathological waste).– Transport the waste to the treatment facility. Treatment shall be by autoclaving, incineration, or other means in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements.
