(1) Vendor needs to provide clean air, healthy communities, engagement campaign services.– The campaign will be designed to improve public understanding of air quality challenges and promote actions that contribute to measurable emissions reductions and improved public health outcomes.– Provide project management, campaign strategy development, content creation, media outreach, community engagement, and performance evaluation services designed to increase public awareness of regional air quality issues, communicate the health impacts of air pollution, and encourage voluntary behaviour changes that help reduce emissions.– Develop a comprehensive campaign messaging framework, produce multimedia educational materials, implement targeted media and engagement efforts, support stakeholder engagement activities, and track campaign performance through defined metrics.– Campaign messaging and content strategy, educational toolkits and engagement materials, media implementation plans and performance reports, behaviour change campaign concepts, stakeholder engagement materials, and periodic performance and evaluation reports.– The performance measurement approach must include the collection and analysis of metrics related to media reach and impressions, digital engagement rates, website traffic and resource downloads, Air Quality Alert subscriptions, social media engagement, event participation, and distribution of educational materials and toolkits.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
