Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide Geographic Information System (GIS) system. – Provide Geographic Information System (GIS) services to support the city's existing GIS program.– GIS program utilizing Esri GIS technology and maintains significant GIS data and applications internally.– GIS data development and conversion.– Web GIS development.– ArcGIS Enterprise administration and troubleshooting.– Enterprise geodatabase and Microsoft SQL Server GIS support.– Ability to diagnose and respond to GIS service interruptions.– Public access through standard contemporary web browsers without specialized client software.– Display of city parcel mapping and other GIS layers.– Identification and query of GIS features.– Map navigation, measurement and printing capabilities.– Ability to export appropriate search or abutter information.– Ability to link documents, photographs or other information to GIS features where Appropriate.– Integration with Esri ArcGIS Online where applicable.– Continued compatibility with current city GIS data and systems.– GIS system migration and upgrades.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
