Vendor needs to provide sustainability action plan development consulting services to the government authority located in Mason, MI. – The selected Consultant will be expected to review, synthesize, and build upon these materials as the primary technical and analytical foundation for the SAP.– The Consultant will be responsible for overall project management, coordination with County staff and stakeholders, facilitation and record keeping of meetings, and delivery of all work products.– Proposals must clearly define anticipated County roles and responsibilities, including expected staff participation, data provision, review cycles, and decision–making points throughout the project.– This includes risks associated with data inconsistencies across foundational elements, engagement participation variability, and interagency coordination challenges.
